At Carolina Today, we believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice taste in order to make healthy food choices.  That’s why we’re always in search of delicious food with fresh ingredients, the best restaurants and chefs, locally sourced food, and farm to table news throughout North and South Carolina.

We’re writing about the full range of choices, from local favorite breakfast and lunch spots to fine dining, and from Southern classics to new cuisine, world flavors, and innovative dishes.
